Senior citizens who will be age 65 by the census date of the term may enroll in course offerings in two (2) different categories at a reduced cost.
| Category 1: Traditional College Credit |
Senior citizens must complete an ApplyTexas application. They need to come, in person, to the Admissions Center, SAC Main Campus, for enrollment confirmation and may enroll only on the first day of the term based on space availability. Seniors are responsible for completing course requirements. The normal tuition is waived, but the student is responsible for associated fees. Each student received access to Alamo Colleges ACES Portal.

} 6 credit hour limit
} Courses with differential tuition
} Activity classes, such as private music lessons, art studio, wellness/fitness
} Courses requiring programmatic prerequisites
} Courses that were previously registered for credit in the same semester
| Category 2: Audit of College Credit Courses (No Credit) |

Students may enroll only on the first day of the term based on space availability. Tuition is waived, but students are responsible for associated fees and a $65 Audit fee. Each student received access to Alamo Colleges ACES Portal.
