1. Applytexas.org (Look for AlamoCCD-San Antonio College)

Complete the application at www.applytexas.org.  Because San Antonio College is an open enrollment institution, you will not be notified of your acceptance by SAC.  Instead follow this process, and be proactive to check ability to register two to three days after applying and submitting transcripts.

Allow four working days for processing, then log into the San Antonio College/Alamo Colleges ACES electronic portal https://aces.alamo.edu

For details click "how do I get a user name password?  Additional instructions available at www.alamo.edu/it/aces/aces_id.html

If you cannot log onto ACES, visit SAC Admissions & Records in Fletcher Administration Center (FAC) room 216 or call (210) 486-0700 to determine your application status.

2. Send Transcripts

Have your school send, or mail yourself, official transcripts to:

    San Antonio College
    Admissions & Records
    1300 San Pedro Ave.
    San Antonio, TX 78212

Sealed transcripts may also be delivered in person during operating hours to Fletcher Administration Center (FAC), Room 216.

3. VACCINATION

Texas state law requires that entering students show evidence of receiving a bacterial meningitis or booster dose during the five-year period prior to enrollment.  The law allows for few exceptions.  You may obtain additional information at www.alamo.edu/meningitis.

5. Register for classes by WEB

Pick your classes from the summer schedule: alamo.edu/district/registration/webforstudents.htm  Payment by WEB or Business office (FAC 201, 210-486-0200).
