Welcome! SAC is committed to helping you through the enrollment process whether you are returning to SAC after some time or you are considering transferring to SAC from another college/university.  Note:  if you have less than 15 college/credit hours and have never attended SAC, you are classified as a first time college student.

First, you can begin at then follow the steps below or download the Transfer/Returning Student Enrollment Checklist.

Complete and submit your admission application at Allow 4-5 business days for processing.  Login to your Alamo Colleges Educational Services (ACES) account. Returning students who have not been enrolled for at least one (1) academic year must reapply for admission.

Submit official transcript from the last college or university attended to San Antonio College, Admissions and Records-FAC 216, San Antonio, TX 78212.

Texas state law requires that entering students show evidence of receiving a bacterial meningitis vaccination or booster dose during the five-year period prior to enrollment. The law allows for few exceptions. You may obtain additional information at Allow up to 6 days for updates to student record. Submit documents to Admissions and Records, FAC-216.

If applicable, visit Testing location is in the Fletcher Administration Center (FAC), Room 112. After completion of assessment, allow 1 day for updates to student record.

Advising is required if transferring with fewer than 15 college credit hours AND/OR a GPA below 2.0. Academic Advisors are available in the Counseling and Advising Center located on the 1st floor of the Moody Learning Center (MLC). Advising is provided on a walk-in basis. Transfer Students with more than 15 college credit hours are advised in the department of their major. Liberal Arts majors are advised in the Counseling Center. Register for classes online through ACES portal.

Tuition payment must be made via credit card or check online via your ACES account. Payment in full or by installments must be made by the payment deadlines or you will be dropped from your classes.


There are computer labs available in the Moody Learning Center where you can complete the  AlamoENROLL modules.
