G.E.D.
G.E.D. candidates must sign up in person with required documentation for the
mandatory registration on Monday mornings at 8:00 a.m. in the Sutton Learning
Center, room #212. Seating is limited to 15, and candidates are accomodated on a
first-come, first-served basis. Candidates must attend the registration session
before the test date in which they wish to test. GED tests will be administered
in the following order:
- Language Arts, Writing Test- Tuesday at 8:00 a.m., time limit is 2 hours
- Mathematics Test- Tuesday at 10:00 a.m., time limit is 90 minutes
- Science Test- Wednesday at 8:00 a.m., time limit is 80 minutes
- Social Studies Test- Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., time limit is 70 minutes
- Language Arts, Reading Test- Wednesday at 10:45 a.m., time limit is 65
minutes

Testing Fees: Effective January 2003
$65.00 for the entire testing battery ($43.50 for the five-test battery, and
a $21.50 processing fee).
Fees are paid at the Bursar's Office in the Sutton Learning Center and are
NON-REFUNDABLE. Practice tests for the GED can be found by going to the

GED classes are not offered through the Assessment office, they are offered
