Graduation Information
You must apply for graduation in order to be
awarded a degree or certificate.
There is no graduation fee. We will provide the diploma, cap, and gown.
To apply, please meet with your counselor,
advisor, or faculty advisor to
complete an application.
Graduation Ceremony is set for:
- Date: Friday, December 11, 2009
- Time: 7:00 p.m.
- Location: Municipal Auditorium 100 Auditorium Circle
San Antonio, TX 78205
Information for Graduates
Cap and Gown Information is available in the
Welcome Enrollment Center Room 107B.
Cap and Gown Distribution Dates
- Nov. 30th thru Dec. 10th
Monday-Thursday
9:00am to 12:00pm & 2:00pm to 6:30pm
- December 4th
Friday
9:00am to 12:00pm & 2:00pm to 4:30pm
- All cap and gown pick-ups are in the Welcome Center.
Graduation Rehearsal
- Thursday, December 10th - 2:00 p.m.
- St. Philip's College - Watson Fine Arts Theatre (WFAC)
- Caps and Gowns are not required at rehearsal.
Graduation Ceremony
- Friday, December 11th
- 5:30 p.m. - Check-in Main Lobby of Municipal Auditorium
Miscellaneous Graduation Information
All graduating students are encouraged to be present at
the commencement ceremony however, attendance is not mandatory.
There is one Graduation ceremony, in the fall and spring semesters.
Two degrees or certificates can be awarded concurrently as long as all academic requirements are met.
