Survey for Disability Services

The Disability Services (DS) at at St. Philip's College is
conducting a survey to gather information on faculty and staff¹s knowledge of
our services as well as improve services to students with disabilities. Our goal
is to provide quality, accessible programs and services and ensure that all
students with disabilities have equal access to realize their full potential.
With your feedback, we will be closer to that goal for St. Philip¹s College. We
are asking for a few minutes of your time to answer a survey about disability
services you have experienced this Fall 2015 semester.  This is a
confidential survey and it will be used for future faculty and staff development
planning purposes only. Thank you in advance for taking the time out of your
busy schedule to complete this survey. It is much appreciated. Please click on
