The Strategies of Behavioral Intervention (SOBI) policy at the Alamo Colleges was created to guide our College community to recognize, prevent and respond to incidents that are disruptive, threatening, or violent.
Example include (but are not limited to):
More often, faculty and staff will observe and report at-risk behaviors; however, students are encouraged to review the SOBI guidelines and report concerning behaviors to the SOBI response team.
The St. Philip’s College SOBI response team consists of the Vice President of Student Success, Dr. Sherrie Lang, along with campus counselors, disability specialists, and campus police.
