Thank you for your interest in St. Philip's College!

The information provided below will assist you in registering or applying for St. Philip's College. Our office is located in the Welcome Enrollment Center (WEC) Room 203.

First Time Student

If you are a first time student, have never attended a college and would like to attend St. Philip's College you must apply for admissions at ApplyTexas.org, submit an official transcript, and take the THEA Test. Visit our How to Apply web page for more information.

Current Student

A current student does not have to re-apply for admissions, nor take the THEA test. Current students may have to re-apply for Financial Aid depending on the academic year and register for classes. Visit the Financial Aid and the Register for Classes web page for more information.

Returning Student

Students returning to SPC after a year must re-apply for admissions at ApplyTexas.org and retake the THEA Test.

Transfer Student

Students transferring from another college or university to St. Philip's College must complete the ApplyTexas application, submit an official transcript and copy of THEA scores or equivalent.

International Student

International students transferring from countries outside the U.S. or concurrent and summer transient students must follow the guidelines for International Students. Visit the International Students web page for all information and forms needed to apply for admissions.

Veterans Student

Students who are active military, veterans, and family members of active veterans can receive benefits under the Department of Veterans Affairs Educational Assistance Programs. New students must apply for admissions at ApplyTexas.org, submit an official transcript and a copy of their THEA Test scores. Visit the Veteran Students web page for more information.

Dual Credit Student

Dual Credit students (eligible high school juniors and seniors) can earn college credit for high school courses. Students can take up to two college courses (6 to 8 credit hours) for FREE, per fall and spring semester. Visit the Dual Credit web page for more about admissions information to the program.
