The Nursing Home Activity Director Update is an 8-hour continuing education update allowing the Activity Director to keep their certification current. It is an overview of current information pertinent to skills, theory, psychology, and record keeping. Students completing this class will be able to describe the revisions to the state record keeping system as they apply to the Activity Director and define all changes in law related to Nursing Home Activity Directors.
- Students must be registered and paid before August 30, 2013.
- IMPORTANT: If you are unable to attend class, you must notify us in advance of the class day so we can transfer your enrollment to another section. If you do NOT notify us of your absence in advance, you will forfeit any monies paid and will have to pay for the class again should you decide to re-enroll.
- Class will begin on September 7, 2013.
