St. Philip's College, one of the oldest and most diverse community colleges in the nation, is the only college to be federally designated as both a historically Black college and a Hispanic-serving institution. We help students acquire the knowledge and skills needed in today's world. Pima Community College in Tucson Arizona is one of the largest community colleges in the country with more than 75,000 credit and noncredit students each year. It has six comprehensive campuses and more than 180 off-campus sites. More than 5,000 courses are offered annually in over 150 program areas leading to certificates and associate degrees.
Centennial College is Ontario’s first publicly funded community college and serves the eastern part of the greater Toronto area with four campuses and one satellite location. Approximately 14,400 full-time students enroll each year. There are six satellite locations in Chennai, New Delhi and Hyberabad, India as well as various satellite locations in China and a campus in Dubai. It is one of the most culturally diverse post-secondary institutions in Ontario with of 100 ethnic groups represented and 80 languages spoken. Centennial is also equipped with Second Life technology which will support online courses and communication.

Universidad Tecnologica de Tulancingo (UTT) is near Mexico City and was founded in 1995. UTT is a member of Coordinacion General de Universidades Technologicas (CGUT), International Consortium for Economic and Educational Development (ICEED), and Union de Universidades de America Latina y el Caribe (UDUAL). In 2004, UTT obtained its ISO certification and was certified by ABS Quality Evaluations Inc. All UTT programs are certified in level one of the Inter-institutional Counselor Evaluation of Higher Education (CIEES) standards.
Universidad Tecnologica de Cancun (UTC) is located in one of the major, world renowned tourist areas of Mexico. UTC is modeled as a professional institution of higher education based on 2-year educational programs divided into six quarter-periods. Upon completion, students graduate with a professional degree of University Superior Technician (UST or TSU in Spanish). UTC has been involved in international mobility programs with Canada, USA, France and Spain. Also, UTC has an entrepreneurship center that focuses on the design and development of entrepreneurship projects.
