Physical Activity

Let our talented and experienced instructors guide you. Don’t let a negative body image stop you from enjoying what your body can do!

Belly Dancing Exercise (for adults)

Perfect body not required! Let our talented and experienced instructor guide you to a better understanding of your body’s capabilities. Don’t let a negative body image stop you from enjoying what your body can do! Join us for this beginners’ class and learn how to move fluidly and joyfully.

Introduction to Zumba

If you’re like some of us here at the Community Service Training Center, you’re blessed with these two things: 1) an aversion to boring exercise and 2) an almost-shocking lack of rhythm. Zumba is meant to give us all a workout while also having tons of fun using Latin dance moves. You don’t have to be a fantastic dancer to participate and burn those calories you consumed at the local eatery earlier in the day. Be gone fried chicken calories! Hello sleek new body!

Introduction to Zumba Gold

For those of us who are a little older, as well as for those of us who haven’t moved much in a while, this class is a great introduction to Zumba workouts. Your instructor will have been trained in ways that allow him or her to modify the original Zumba workout to better suit your condition and needs. You’ll get all the benefits of a Zumba experience with a “gentler” touch.
