Department of Defense Contract Tuition Rate for TA and MyCAA Users DoD funded students using Tuition Assistance (TA) or Military Spouse Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) funding will have a separate, simplified tuition rate. In-state students; $80 per semester hour. Out of state students; $250 per semester hour. Students in courses with special program tuition should contact our representatives for assistance with special course tuition rates.
St. Philip's College offers courses on Randolph Air Force Base. These courses are open to both military and civilian Alamo Colleges students.
Notice: Civilian students must submit a Consent for Release of Information form to the contact listed on the form, no later than the Friday before the start of the term. When students present their documents at the RAFB Visitor's Center, Randolph AFB Security Forces will perform a background check. Students found to have warrants or derogatory information; either past or present, are subject to denial and should not attempt to take courses at military installations. Installation security has sole authority to permit or deny access to the base.
Only students registered for Randolph AFB courses will be sponsored onto Randolph AFB. Chaperones and drivers will not be sponsored.
