Mission Statement

Our mission is to support the Alamo Colleges through the provision of client-oriented integrated planning, research and technology-based services.

In order to accomplish this we will:

  • Align our goals, strategies and resources

  • Strengthen alliances/partnerships/relationship

High Priority Initiatives

  1. Provide superior customer service.
  2. Focus on strengthening commitment to Instructional Technology.
  3. Strengthen services provided by the Help Desk.
  4. Continue the migration to Banner (grants, student and human resources modules).
  5. Expand and Enhance Data Dashboard & Factbook
  6. Adopt and implement a new Integrated Planning model and process for the Alamo Colleges.
  7. Create a central repository for all organizational data. Develop and provide online access to an Alamo Colleges Fact Book and Key Performance Indicators Report.
  8. Strengthen IT-related security at District and Colleges.
  9. Identify improvement opportunities in all areas of operation.
