What is the Alamo University Center?
The Alamo University Center offers junior, senior and graduate level classes through partnerships with several universities. Students who enroll with one of our partner universities are able to complete a bachelor's or master's degree (or teaching certificate) at the Alamo Colleges-University Center without traveling to the university campuses.
Where is the University Center located?
The Alamo University Center is conveniently located at I35 and 1604, with easy access parking.
Located 1.55 miles from Northeast Lakeview College, the University Center is easily accessible for graduating Alamo Colleges-Northeast Lakeview Students completing their associates.
Who should attend the Alamo University Center?
- Associate Degree Graduates
- Students with lower level coursework, in pursuit of completing a Bachelor’s Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree graduates pursuing a Master’s Degree
- Students interested in pursuing a Nursing Degree or Teaching Certificate

When do I take Classes?
Most classes are offered in the evening and weekends. The Wayland Baptist's Nursing School is primarily a daytime program.
How do I register?
Registration is ongoing throughout the year. You should contact the University of Interest to inquire about their start dates. Some schools offer accelerated programs. Advisors are on site, contact information and email is listed under each university page.
Are admission requirements, tuition and financial aid the same for all schools?
The admission and tuition requirements are based according to each school’s own requirements. You should contact the university advisor. Some universities have reduced tuition rates for returning adult programs.
Financial Aid requirement remain the same as the federal eligibility requirements.
