Students in the advanced manufacturing program are prepared for entry-level positions in manufacturing production and warehouse logistics opportunities. This program is ideal for individuals with limited to no prior knowledge of manufacturing to begin a career pathway in the high skill, high wage, in-demand manufacturing industry.


OSHT 1019 OSHA 10 General Industry

This course prepares the student for the MSSC logistics associate certification. The course includes modules on global supply chain logistics, logistics environment, safety principles, safe material handling and equipment operation, material handling equipment, quality control principles, teamwork and workplace conduct, and work communication.


CNSE 1003 Forklift

This Course is designed to Show Proficiency of Operating a Forklift, Including Inspection, and Actual Hands-On Training as An Operator. Course Will Cover Basic Operator Rules, Suitability of Vehicles, Factors Affecting Stability by Written Exam, and Demonstration of Proficiency. This course will allow the students to become familiar with the OSHA regulations in regards to the safe operations of the forklift.


TECM 1013 Technical Occupational Math

Math skills applicable to business and industry for successful on-the-job performance.


OSHT 1016 MSSC #1 – Safety

Topics in this safety course include – Working in safe and productive manufacturing workplaces. Performing emergency drills. Identifying unsafe conditions and taking corrective action. How to provide and train personnel with proper safety topics. Fulfill safety and health requirements for maintenance, installation, and repair.
