Web Advisors are here to provide information on admissions, registration, and other student services. 

Email us at  nlc-advising@alamo.edu during normal business hours and we will respond within 24-48 hours (response time can vary in high peak times during registration).

Please make sure to provide the following information during your Web Advising session.

Web Advising Checklist:

  • Provide your full name
  • Provide your Banner ID (What is my Banner ID?)
  • Provide a copy of your picture ID (Required for processing for submission of documents)  
  • Any requests to alter student information (i.e. Requests to drop a class before census, Schedule changes) must be sent via Alamo ACES e-mail accounts.

*Parents/Guardians: If you are a parent/guardian seeking information on behalf of your student, a Consent to Release Family Education Right to Privacy Act (FERPA) Protected Student Information form on file is required.
