Bios for Panel Speakers for Chasing the Dragon
Dr. Lisa Cleveland, Ph.D., RN, PNP-BC, IBCLC: Dr. Cleveland is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Health Systems at the UT Health San Antonio School of Nursing.
The Honorable Ernie Lewis Glenn, J.D.: The Honorable Ernie Glenn is the presiding judge of the Bexar County Adult Felony Drug Court, Reentry Court, and Dual Diagnosis Court.
T.J. Mayes, J.D.: Mr. Mayes is a public health advocate and attorney at Phipps Deacon Purnell, PLLC. He is currently the Chair of the Bexar County Opioid Taskforce and a board member of the San Antonio Council on Alcohol and Drug Awareness (SACADA).
Dr. Allen Castro, Ph.D., M.P.Aff: Dr. Castro is currently the founding Substance Abuse Program Manager for Bexar County Commissioners Court.
Elizabeth M. Young, MA-LPC-S currently serves as the team leader of the Infant Mental Health/Case Manager Department at Easter Seals Early Childhood Intervention Program in San Antonio.
