1. Where is your hometown?
   I was born and raised in Houston, Texas.
2. What is your educational background?
   I graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a degree in International Studies.
3. Why did you decide to pursue a career in higher education?
   During college, I had great advisors who cheered me on and ensured I had the support to finish my degree. They inspired me to pursue a career in higher education where I can help students (especially other first-generation students like myself) to achieve their educational goals!  
4. Tell us a random fact about yourself.
   I enjoy gardening and spending time outdoors with my family.
