Congratulations Graduates 2019

Northeast Lakeview College congratulates its 2019 graduates. We wish the Class of 2019 all the best of luck with their future endeavors.

NLC awards three degrees (Associate of Arts, Associate of Arts in Teaching, and Associate of Science degrees). Degrees awarded increased by 116.3% between 2017 and 2018 and preliminary numbers indicate graduates for 2019 are trending upwards.

Bruce Crane

Degree:  Associate of Arts (A.A) 

Next Step: Transfer to The University of Texas at San Antonio. 

Ultimate Goal:  Become a Physical Therapist, or work in the Sports Medicine field.

Words from the Graduate:   "NLC is a great school to enroll in. The teachers are dedicated to their field. NLC provided classes that helped give a sense of direction of where to focus my career."





Abigail Cuevas

Abigail Cuevas was selected as the 2019 NLC SOAR Graduate. Read more about her background and next steps here.

Degree: Associate of Arts in Teaching. (A.A.T)

Next Step: Take extra classes at NLC in order to enroll in the Tech Teach one year Teacher Certification Program, and receive a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching.

Ultimate Goal: Recieve a Masterʼs Degree with experience in different levels of education in order to become a college professor and prepare future teachers.

Words from the Graduate:  "Although at times being a mother while being a full-time student was stressful, I just kept remembering my motives and the importance of continuing to strive for the best."

Jacob Muenchow

Degree:  Associate of Arts (A.A)

Next Step: Continue my education and become a successful politician.

Ultimate Goal:  Join the Air National Guard after college to give back to not only to the country but also to the great state of Texas.

Words from the Graduate:   "Attending Lakeview has been a tremendous experience for me and I would do it again given the same circumstances."





Jordan Seymore

Degree:  Associate of Arts (A.A)

Next Step: Transfer to Texas State in the Fall to complete schooling to become a teacher.

Ultimate Goal: Work for the New Braunfels School District in the next three years.

Words from the Graduate:  "I am a student that truly cares about the school and wants to see it prosper as well as the students that attend."
