Application Requirements:

• Current STEM majors of the Alamo Colleges
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Under-Represented Minority (URM) student

The Ciencia, Ingeniería, y Matemáticas Aliados (CIMA) - Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (LSAMP) Program provides resources to assist in increasing the number of students transferring into and successfully completing high-quality degree programs in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines, in order to diversify the STEM workforce. This 10-week summer program offers students an opportunity to experience undergraduate research at local partnering universities. Please, note-medical majors, do not qualify for the program.
