Step One: Check-In to NLC QLess system
Get into the line for assistance using the NLC QLess system. Join the line to meet with staff in person from any one of the above offices. You can join from anywhere, wait where you want, receive wait time updates, and get notifications when you've reached the front of the line.
Step Two: Health Screening
Once on the NLC campus, go to NLIB Cyber Café for Health Screening and get your wristband!
Step Three: Visit the Welcome Center in Student Commons
Once you receive a text notification that you’ve reached the front of the line please head to the Welcome Center located in the Student Commons building.
