Registration Begins Nov. 7 for Current Students with 46+ Credit Hours and Active Military!
Registration for All Students Begins November 14.
College students who want to get a head start on the Spring semester now have a chance to get a few extra credits during NVC’s Wintermester.
This three-week term will offer an array of courses including English, Humanities, Math, and more!
Term Dates
Start Date: Monday, December 12, 2022
Registration Time Ticketing
November 7-8, 2022 - 46+ hours and Veterans and Active Military
November 9-10, 2022 - 31+ hours
November 11-13, 2022 - 9+ hours
All Students - November 14, 2022
Who Can Register
Any student who is eligible to register for classes for the Spring 2023 term can register to take courses during the Wintermester term.
How To Register
Students will register for Wintermester courses via ACES, the student portal.
A maximum of one Wintermester course is allowed per student.
Registration Deadline
The deadline to register for Wintermester courses is December 6, 2022.
Paying for Wintermester
Wintermester classes will be billed as part of Spring 2023.
The payment due date is December 8, 2022.
Withdraw/Drop
The last day to withdraw in person without a financial obligation (100%) refund is December 11, 2022.

- Go to the Dynamic Schedule page and choose Term/Semester from the pull-down menu
- Click Submit button
- Choose a Subject from the list (REQUIRED, i.e. ENGL-English)
- Choose the College (i.e. Northwest Vista College, or choose All)
- Choose Part of Term (i.e. Full Term, or choose All)
- Choose Session or leave it All; choose Location or leave it All; make any other selections (or leave blank for all available)
- Click Class Search
