Which lab should I go to if I need help with a paper for my literature class?

You should visit JH - 216, The College Level Writing Center.

Do I need to make an appointment for tutoring?

You do not have to make an appointment. You can just walk in.

Which lab should I go to if I need to get lab hours for my INRW class?

You should visit JH-229, The Developmental English Lab.

The INRW lab closes at 6:00PM Monday-Thursday, but I am only on campus in the evenings. Where do I go to get INRW lab hours?

When the INRW Lab is closed, you can use the lab in Juniper Hall 216. Just check off your INRW course when you sign in to receive credit for your hours.

Can I just drop off a paper for review and pick it up later?

Our Writing Center is a learning center. Tutors will work with students to edit, revise, and plan papers, but this is not a place for students to simply “drop off” papers to be edited.

How many lab hours do I need for INRW classes?

You will need 14 hours of lab time per semester. We recommend spending about an hour per week.
