Join this virtual Student Life/Return to Campus Information Session with a Kahoot twist, to get informed on how to get involved with Student Life and learn what teaching and learning will look like for the upcoming semester. Students will also have the opportunity to ask questions.

Chair Yoga

Pull up a chair and de-stress with PAC Athletics between remote classes. 

In addition to a good stretch, chair yoga participants can also enjoy other health benefits of yoga, including improved muscle tone, better breathing habits, stress reduction, better sleep, and an improved sense of well-being.

What’s the weirdest thing you have put cheese on? A random drawing will be held and the winner will be sent a cheese platter from H-E-B.

HITT Thursday

Join PAC Athletics and personal trainer, Joe Lopez for HIIT Thursday!

HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training. A HIIT workout consists of brief bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by a short period of rest.
