SAC MarComm provides the college community guidance on usage of the official branding for the overall Alamo Colleges District, and especially for SAC. Questions about logo usage, school colors, official branding, promotional/specialty items, identity, photography, copy considerations, etc., should be directed to the SAC MarComm Team or the SAC MarComm Director.

Brand Standards

Graphic Design

SAC MarComm provides graphic design services for SAC employees tasked with marketing and promoting special events, news announcements and college-wide initiatives. All requests should be submitted via the Footprints Work Request system.

News & Events

SAC MarComm provides a wide range of promotional tactics for college-wide News and Events. All events and news items can be submitted to the SAC MarComm Team to promote in a variety of methods, including: website, social media, e-newsletters, digital signage, printed collateral, etc. Each project is handled differently depending on budget and available resources. All requests should be submitted via the Footprints Work Request system.

Photography

SAC MarComm provides photography services for SAC departments and offices that are hosting events, creating specific projects where professional photography is needed, and/or historical purposes. All requests should be submitted via the Footprints Work Request system.

Web Services

SAC MarComm provides web services for all the departments and offices within the College. Web services are defined as anything related to communications on the main College website. The SAC website is part of the Alamo Colleges District’s website and is maintained in collaboration with the District Communications Office. Web services can include: editing web pages, developing website content, creating new web pages for a department or office, adding images and video assets to the department page, etc. All requests should be submitted via the Footprints Work Request system.
