The workshop will feature a round table of oral history practitioners discussing why oral histories matter. Then it will move to practice interviews using templates found in the book Tell Me Who You Are, this year's Library Common Read selection.
Try to read “Let’s All Get to Work” and “How to Share Your Story” in chapter 10 before the session.
Students participating in the final contest to win one of four $500 scholarships are highly encouraged to attend this workshop.
