Isolation: How it affects us and how to overcome it

Open to all currently enrolled San Antonio College Students.

This workshop will dive into the discussion of isolation and how it affects us while also reflecting on the current research centered around isolation. This workshop will also dedicate time to discussing how the previous pandemic has played a role in the developing spread of isolation as well as the current research on this ever-developing topic. The workshop will then end with the exploration of useful resources and ways of overcoming isolation.
