You are invited to the annual St. Philip's College Homecoming celebration. Rekindle old relationships and build new connections for a strong and united community by attending the homecoming festivities. We want to share our College day with you. Be sure to mark your calendar for the next SPC Homecoming celebration!

Purpose of Homecoming

The SPC Homecoming celebration provides an opportunity to rebuild the Alumni and Friends Association, cultivate community support and loyalty, promote the College's programs and services and enhance financial resources to support the educational mission of the College. An evening of friend-raising designed to engage alumni, students, faculty, staff, neighbors, and affiliates to celebrate and reflect upon our heritage as a haven for education.

Blue and White Dinner and Dance

Time: 7:00 p.m.
Location: MLK: Sutton Learning Center (SLC), 3rd Floor (Bowden Alumni Center)
Admission: The event is in person, free, and open to the public.

Homecoming Student Activities

Celebrate Homecoming with us starting October 7-18. Students are encouraged to participate in all the events leading to our Blue and White Dinner and Dance celebration.

Homecoming Tiger Lanes Bowling Tournament

Join us for our first annual Homecoming Tiger Lanes Bowling Tournament starting October 7 – 11 in the Turbon Student Center if you have a team of five people for a friendly bowling game. Then, sign up today! The Team Captain will register their team of five, pay $25, and pick a time for one game.

Sign-Up Times:

• Monday-Wednesday: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. (Last game begins at 6 p.m.)
• Thursday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Last game begins at 4 p.m.)
• Friday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Last game begins at 4 p.m.)

Teams will come to the Tiger Lanes Bowling Alley, warm up for ten minutes, then play one game. The captain will give their score to Stacey Jones. Each team member will get a pair of socks. Your team will take a photo, and their score will be emailed to Dr. Mac and Varryron Young.

The top three teams will be announced at the Homecoming Basketball game on October 16.
