Eligibility Requirements

✓ 18 years or older when applying
✓ Have not earned an associate degree or higher
✓ Able to provide one of the required documents (e.g., U.S. Real ID, U.S. Birth Certificate, or list of approved documents)
✓ Willing to take assessments related to barriers, academics, skills aptitude, and workplace readiness
✓ Committed to completing the program
These requirements apply to the Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) grant. Additional requirements may be identified during the admissions process to determine your final and ongoing eligibility.
