Files for employees and students have to be generated by our district IT dept so that records can be loaded into the Library system and into the server that allows off-campus access to the databases. We are having issues getting complete and accurate files. This may mean that you will not have access to the resources through the proxy server. We are continuing to work with IT to get more accurate files for our system. Hopefully, this will get resolved quickly. Problems with remote access can be e-mailed to nlc-reference@alamo.edu. Please include your banner ID number. Access to electronic resources is available on-campus.
