Registering for Classes

1. Log in to the ACES Portal with your Username and Password.

2. Select the Home or Enrollment tab   

3. Locate the Register for Classes card   

4. Click Visit Registration Portal   

5. Select Register Now (First-time users: Complete and submit the required survey)

6. Select Register for Classes  

7. Select the Term you will enroll in (i.e., Fall, Spring, or Summer) and click Continue.

8. You may need to scroll down to see the correct term. You will receive a registration error message if you select a term that starts with CE or COM.

9. Select the Subject you are looking for (i.e. ENGL) and the Course Number (i.e. 1301).

10. Select Advanced Search to select the institution you wish to attend.

11. You can also search for online courses in Advanced Search by selecting a fully distance education course under Instructional Methods. Once the information is entered, select Search at the bottom. A list of all courses meeting the criteria you entered will appear.

12. Identify Online Classes

• No shaded meeting days = Fully online (no scheduled class times)
• The attribute column should indicate Online Class
• Click the course title to review full class details
• Click Add next to your selected course
• In the Summary section, click Submit.
  • Status will change from Pending to Registered
• To add additional classes, click Search Again
• Repeat Steps 4–9

13. To drop classes

• Under the Action column, select Web Drop Prior to Term
• Click Submit

14. Review Costs

• Return to ACES Home or Enrollment tab
• Locate the Register for Classes card
• Click Visit Registration Portal
• Under Student Account

2. Select Academics from the top bar.

3. Click Navigate FS (Graduation cap)

4. Select Schedule an appointment located in the upper right corner.

5. Select Advising for the type of appointment, the service you need, and pick a Date.

6. Select Find Available Time.

7. Select the date and time that works best for you.

8. Select how you would like to meet your advisor (in-person, online). Add anything you would like to share.

9. Select the type of reminders you would prefer (email, text), verify your contact information, and click Schedule.

10. A confirmation email will be sent to your email after scheduling your appointment.
