What is the kinesiology & health program?
The Kinesiology and Health department regards the study of movement and health as a basic skill to the development of lifetime wellness skills. Academic courses are geared to help students improve their personal health, promote the practice of healthy behaviors, live longer and improve overall quality of life. Students interested in Kinesiology and Health can pursue an Associate of Arts with elective courses in Kinesiology that may be transferrable to a four-year college or university.
