The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS)

The NSLS is the nation’s largest leadership honor society. In addition to honoring excellence, the NSLS provides a step-by step accredited program for members to build their leadership skills. Upon completion of the program, members receive their leadership certificate and take their place among the top student leaders on their campus and across the country. Our NSLS chapter at Palo Alto College was started in 2013 and has inducted outstanding students every year. Our local chapter is part of the national organization with 700+ chapters and over 1.4 million members. Once you accept your nomination and join your NSLS membership can follow you to any transfer institution with an NSLS chapter.

What do I have to do to become inducted?

Our five-step program takes approximately 12 hours over the course of the semester at your pace.
