July 11-15
Students will get exposure to the basics of industrial soldering techniques, component de-soldering, clean up, field repair, basic uses, definitions, soldering techniques, soldering types, soldering materials, and industrial safety fundamentals. The camp will provide knowledge and hands-on skills for both through-hole and surface mount technologies. Students will carry out a class project in which they will populate a functioning printed circuit board (PCB) by soldering the components in place. The camp includes a field trip on Friday. Lunch will be provided. If you would like your child to attend camp for a full day, be sure to enroll them in an afternoon camp within the same timeframe. Additional charges will apply. |

Sports camp provides an active, healthy environment in which participants will participate in sports like basketball, soccer, tennis, water activities, and much more. It also provides opportunities for engagement with peers as well as new insight into particular skills for each sport. Lunch will be provided. If you would like your child to attend camp for a full day, be sure to enroll them in an afternoon camp within the same timeframe. Additional charges will apply. |

Our goal for this summer camp experience is to inspire the next generation of welders! Students will be introduced to the broad field of welding technology. They will learn what proper safety in the workplace environment looks like, what traits a welding expert will need (integrity, innovative solutions provider, positive attitude, accountability, quality, pride in the job done, etc.), and basic skills using virtual and real-life tools! Students in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Summer Experience will participate in hands-on activities including biology, chemistry, engineering, and more. This half-day, one-week program for students entering 9th to 12th grade (14- 18yrs) will include hands-on STEM classroom experiences. The registration fee includes travel to a San Antonio location to experience the diverse STEM career opportunities available in San Antonio. Field trip details will be provided at the start of camp. Lunch will be provided. If you would like your child to attend camp for a full day, be sure to enroll them in an afternoon camp within the same timeframe. Additional charges will apply.
