I’m Angela Mora, born and raised on the Southside of San Antonio. I serve as the Quality and Compliance Director at a faith-based nonprofit and am a proud graduate of the Alamo Colleges District. I attended San Antonio College and Northwest Vista College, and graduated from Palo Alto College with an Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems. During my time there, I took IT courses, learned how to code, and built the technical foundation that continues to support my work today.

My family is also proud to be part of the Alamo Colleges tradition—my mom attended Palo Alto College and became a Territory Sales Manager, and both my sisters, Felicia and Jennifer, also earned their associate degrees through the district before pursuing their bachelor’s. My experience at Alamo Colleges helped me build confidence, balance school with real life, and discover interests that shaped my career.

Since then, I’ve helped lead my organization through two strategic plans and two accreditation cycles, strengthening the systems that support families across San Antonio. One of my favorite memories is volunteering at PACfest with my team — a full-circle moment that brought me back to the early roots of my life on the Southside and the community that raised me.
