Alcohol Beverage Sales

Food & Beverage Coupon Sales

  • Food Coupon sales end at 10:00 pm |All transactions are cash only!
  • Food and non-alcoholic beverage redemption sales end at 10:00 pm.

Tickets | Food & Alcoholic Beverages
  • General admission tickets are $10.00 per person. CASH ONLY.
  • Free Admission with Alamo Colleges ID
  • Food coupons can be purchased onsite with a $1.00 minimum purchase and can only be purchased with CASH ONLY.
  • Beer sales open at 3:00 pm and end at 10:00 pm.
  • Beer purchases require a valid ID and one must be 21 years of age to purchase.
  • Please bring valid government-issued photo identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, for proof of age.

Anyone under the age of 21 will be refused to purchase beer.

Parking | VIA Link | Rideshare
  • We appreciate the patience of our neighbors as we conduct PACfest. Because we are located in a residential area, parking is congested around the college grounds.
  • We encourage PACfest attendees to use the VIA Link or utilize Ride Share through Lyft or Uber to attend PACfest.
Family Friendly Event
  • PACfest is a family-friendly event.
  • Free activities for kids from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Children 12 years and younger, receive FREE admission to PACfest.
Prohibited & Allowed Items

ALL Fiesta PACfest patrons and their belongings are subject to search.

ALLOWED:

  • Clear bags
  • Blankets
  • Strollers
  • Lawn chairs/Foldable chairs
  • Sunscreen lotion (no aerosol containers)
  • Bug repellant (no aerosol containers)
  • Only service animals are allowed into the grounds.

 

PROHIBITED:

  • NO Professional recording equipment
  • NO Unauthorized drones
  • NO Professional video cameras
  • NO Laser pointers
  • NO Weapons
  • NO Knives
  • NO Pets allowed
  • NO Illegal drugs
  • NO Ice chests
  • NO Bags or backpacks
  • Please note that officers will confiscate prohibited items, and will discard.
  • NO Refunds on Admission Tickets and Food and Beverage Coupons.
  • PACfest will take place Rain or Shine.
  • NO outside food, drinks, or alcoholic beverages allowed inside PACfest grounds!  Items are subject to confiscation.
  • NO pets allowed (except for service animals)
  • NO SMOKING. No smoking allowed on Alamo Colleges District property, including e-cigarettes and vapor smoking.
  • NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED, including pocket knives, brass knuckles, etc. Confiscated items will not be returned.
  • NO bags or backpacks larger than 12"x12"x6" are allowed into PACfest grounds. We encourage the use of clear bags so that we can expedite entry into this event.
  • Clear and mesh backpacks will be allowed.
  • Prohibited bags will not be held nor checked in at the gates.
  • All bags brought into the event will be screened.
  • All patrons and their belongings will be searched upon entry.
  • ADA APPROVED port-a-potties are available on the PACfest grounds.
  • NO VIDEO OR AUDIO TAPING of PACfest entertainers allowed!  Violators of this policy are subject to removal from the PACfest grounds.
  • BY ENTERING PACfest, you agree to be photographed / videotaped and your picture or likeness may be used for PACfest publicity and promotions.

Safety at PACfest

Your safety is our #1 priority.
PACfest works closely with local, state, and federal authorities to make sure you have a safe and enjoyable time.  There will be uniformed and plain-clothed officers throughout the grounds. If you need assistance at any time please make sure to ask them for help.

For the safety of everyone entering the festival, all patrons are subject to a complete search before entry. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Many hours are spent developing and implementing our safety and security plan, which has been recognized as one of the best in the country for festivals and events.

REMEMBER: If you see something, say something.

First Aid
We will have a first-aid station located on the grounds consisting of a licensed paramedic, an emergency medical technician, and a fully-equipped ambulance. Some event volunteers and workers at the event will also be certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support.

Security & Entry

PRO-TIP: To speed up entry, leave your bags at home, and take advantage of our express, NO BAG ENTRY LANES – you will still be subject to a metal detector wand.

Please review the Allowed & Prohibited items list for a stress-free entry process.

Persons that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the event.

At any time during the entry process if you have questions, ask for assistance from security personnel located at the front gates.

Exit & Re-entry

When you leave any exit of PACfest, RE-ENTRY IS ALLOWED BUT YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO RE-SEARCH UPON ENTRY. Gates close at 10:30 PM.

Payment Types

ATMs
ATMs are available near each entrance gate and throughout the grounds.

Cash Only
Food coupons and entry into PACfest is cash only.

Checks
Checks are not accepted.

Refunds
Admission tickets and food and beverage coupons are non-refundable.

Coupons
All food and beverage items can only be purchased with coupons, no cash purchases. Coupon sales end at 10:00 p.m. Coupons are available in $1 increments.

Rain or Shine?

YES! PACfest will still go on rain or shine.

Refund & Policy
