Motivating & Engaging with STEM Activities (MESA)
Motivating & Engaging with STEM Activities (MESA) provides an opportunity for High School Students to improve their math skills using “ALEKS”, a personalized small group computer-aided instruction. In addition, “FUN STEM” hands-on activities with the importance of “MATHematics” involved. MESA is a six-week summer enrichment program.
Topics covered:
- ALEKS,
- Science,
- Engineering
- and Computer Program.
Attending all 4 years will lead to an opportunity to earn up to 6 college math credit hours.

The Center of Excellence for Mathematics is now accepting applications for MESA.
Program Information
6 WEEK PROGRAM
June 15th – July 24th
Monday – Thursday
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
In order for your child's application to be considered the following is required:
- A submitted complete application (click on Apply Now!).
- $25 non-refundable registration fee (you will be contacted to complete this item).
- Provide two of your STEM teachers' email addresses for "Letter of Recommendation" (click on Recommendation Letters).

- Or Technology Teacher
Application
MESA will be held June 15th - July 24th, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, in the Centers of Excellence for Math and Science at 800 Quintana Rd, Southwest Campus of St. Philip’s College.
