Complete a financial coaching session for a chance to win $250!

Palo Alto College is celebrating Financial Literacy Month by helping students learn about their personal finances for free (e.g., budgeting, saving, credit reports, credit scores, identity theft, banking, etc.). Throughout April, students can attend a virtual financial coaching session for a chance to win a $250 Financial Literacy Award. A total of 10 winners will be selected each week. 

Award qualifications: 

  • Home college must be Palo Alto College
  • Must be enrolled in a minimum of 3 credit hours
  • Must not be on default for a student loan or repayment
  • Students do not have to be eligible for financial aid or have a FAFSA/TASFA on file
  • May only win one time
  • Early College High School and Dual Credit students are not eligible

How does it work?

  1. Visit AIE for a FREE, Customized, and Confidential Virtual Financial Coaching Session (aie.org/coaching).
  2. Complete one financial virtual coaching session (approximately one hour; complete via video chat or phone call).
  3. Turn in your certificate of completion to the Interim Career Team Lead, Kiana Piña, via email kpina18@alamo.edu.
  4. The career Team Lead will email you a brief survey. Once the survey is submitted, you have entered yourself into the weekly raffle!
