She has experience as an Open & Digital Education advocate, project manager/director, policy analyst, strategic planner, instructional designer and curriculum developer. She has contributed in various roles as a dynamic communicator, facilitator, teacher, and presenter to diverse audiences. She is also a researcher, editor, and widely published author.

Sunay Palsole is a creative and innovation-focused leader who takes a servant-leadership approach to organizational development. He is experienced in building new teams, growing online and alternative delivery programs, and delivering academic (student and faculty success) and financial results. Description: This informative session will help faculty discover the training opportunities available throughout the academic year. Faculty will be able to share their interests regarding various issues, including faculty and students’ rights when it comes to accommodations, learning difficulties vs. learning disabilities, procedural safeguards for Title IX, and managing student conduct appropriately in and outside the classroom. We will also explore the implications of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the ADAAA for faculty, as well as effective strategies for supporting students with ADHD, behavioral disorders, and learning disabilities.
