Join SPC as we celebrate Stress Relief Week with a series of events.

Schedule of Events:

Dec. 1-5

Cozy Gaming w/ the Esports Club

10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

SWC- Esports Lab (Building 1, Room C-225)

Stop by the new Esports Lab as we showcase "cozy games" that will ease your mind and connect you with fellow cozy gamers! Learn about our community and how we build a sens eof belonging on campus and in our Discord.
Dec. 1 Shop Break: LEGO Build & Chill 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. SWC- Library Stop by the library to unwind and get creative! Build anything you like using our LEGO and K'NEX sets, then bring your finished creation to the staff. The top builds will win prizes!
Dec. 1 Write Your Stress Away 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CASE 103 Come Grab a free journal and some stress relief journaling prompts.
Dec. 1 Pause with PAWS 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. MLK Campus Relax, de-stress, and recharge with therapy dogs.
Dec. 2 TNT RelaxFest 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. SWC Campus Library Quiet study spaces, tutoring, snacks and drinks

Center for Learning Resources (CLR)
The purpose of the Long Night Against Procrastination (LNAP) is to provide students with a supportive, collaborative, and resource-rich environment to make significant academic progress while reducing stress through extended library hours to support study, research support, tutoring and stress-relief activities.
