CultureFest & Rib Cook-Off

The St. Philip's College CultureFest and Rib Cook-Off is an official Fiesta® San Antonio event held on the St. Philip's College MLK campus. It is a high-energy and kid-friendly festival featuring a rib cook-off, LIVE music, a car show, food and non-food vendors, and several grill raffles, all in one location!

We will have a variety of food and non-food vendors for you to choose from at CultureFest. Don't forget to try one of the delicious foods that will be served, such as Gorditas, Funnel Cake, Mangonadas, and much more.

Please note that vendors are required to attend a mandatory vendor meeting before CultureFest on March 20, 2026, from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. or March 21, 2026, from 10 a.m.-11 a.m.

RIB COOK-OFF

Can you or someone you know make the tastiest ribs? Show off your skills at CultureFest as we award the best ribs in town!

Competition Entry fees:

  • $25 to submit for pork ribs (2 slabs of pre-sliced pork ribs)

Beverage Competition

We are excited to invite you to participate in the 2026 CultureFest Non-Alcoholic Beverage Competition! Your participation will help St. Philip’s College continue this fun and festive event, and we are thrilled to see the creativity and flavor you’ll bring this year.

$25 entry fee
