Same Day Appointments

SPC Advising offers current students, new transfer students with 30 or more credit hours, and returning/former students the ability to meet with a Certified Advisor for brief guidance for the following services on a same-day appointment basis:

  • Assistance with identifying resources to support your success
  • Assistance in completing Change of Primary Institution or Change of Program/Field of Study requests
  • Assistance with ACES navigation & registration

For all other services, or if you are a new student you are encouraged to make an advising appointment.

St. Philip’s College is here to ensure your time with our Certified Advisors is well spent!

To provide you with the best service, we recommend arriving at our front counter no later than 30 minutes before closing (see Hours of Operation):

For example:

  • Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Last student check-in is 5:30 p.m.)
  • Wednesday: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. (Last student check-in is 6:30 PM)
  • Fridays: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Last student check-in is 4:30 PM)
  • Saturdays: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. (Last student check-in is 12:30 PM)
