Printable Maps

Create your own custom printable map directly from the interactive tool. Select the areas you need, choose your view, and download a PDF designed for your visit. This feature replaces older static maps and ensures you always have the most up-to-date version.

Step-by-step: How to generate a printable campus map
  1. Open the interactive map: Go to the SAC interactive map and load the campus view.
  2. Open the print tool: Select the printer icon in the upper-right corner, then choose Generate Print Map.
  3. Choose your page setup: Pick a page size (Letter, Legal, or A4) and select Landscape or Portrait.
  4. Frame the area to print: Drag the red box over the part of campus you want. Resize or move the box as needed.
  5. Select what to include: Choose to display the legend, compass, and other elements. Current view details carry over to your print map.
  6. Review the legend: Only items inside the red box appear in the legend.
  7. Generate the PDF: Click Generate to create your map. Open the file to print or save.
  8. Print or share: Use your PDF viewer’s print options to create handouts, signage, or event packets.
Tips for best results
  • Pick categories (parking, buildings, services) before printing so they appear in your legend.
  • Landscape view works best for the full campus; Portrait works well for smaller areas.
  • Use higher resolution for signage or posters.
Troubleshooting
  • Can’t find the print tool? Look for the printer icon in the upper-right corner of the map.
  • Nothing in the legend? Make sure the red box covers the locations you want.
  • PDF won’t open? Allow pop-ups for the map site, then try again.
