Our Mission
To provide seamless, innovative, and responsive campus logistics and operational services in support of student success—encompassing asset management, vehicle operations, construction oversight, surplus management, and other important services. We advocate and practice reuse, repurpose, and recycling efforts to steward a cleaner, more efficient college environment and to minimize our environmental footprint.

Available multi-purpose A/V room reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserve the following rooms through Footprints:
- FAC 113 (67 max capacity*, projector, multipurpose room)
- LRTF 120 (15 max capacity*, projector, meeting room)
- NAHC 218 A&B (120 max capacity*, projector, multipurpose room, partition)
- NAHC 379 (12 max capacity*, projector, meeting room)
- VAC 120 (80 max capacity*, projector, multipurpose room)
Note: Requests for Loftin Fiesta Room (Student Life), McAllister Auditorium, McCreless Theater (Fine Arts), Fletcher New Student Orientation Room (Outreach and Recruitment), and the Victory Center Valor Rooms (Veteran’s Affairs) must be made directly with their respective department.
*Max capacity of a room may be reduced by configuration, use of tables/displays, etc.
