Weeks of Welcome Kick-off (day 1)
Date: Monday, Aug. 25
Time: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Location: SAC Mall
The Office of Student Life will host a kickoff for the Fall 2025 semester with free activities, giveaways and prizes during Weeks of Welcome.
Students are invited to join the fun in the Mall area on Monday and Tuesday, Aug. 25–26. The two-day event will include snacks, entertainment and opportunities to connect with campus life.

Time: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Volunteer Fair
Date: Wednesday, Aug. 27
Time: 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Location: SAC Mall
Students are invited to attend the Volunteer Fair to meet community partners, explore local volunteer opportunities and network with others who are passionate about service.
The event is a chance to get involved, build new skills and make a positive difference in the community.

Tacos with SGA
Date: Thursday, Aug. 28
Time: 9 - 10 a.m.
Location: Loftin Center Atrium
Stop by the Loftin Center Atrium to enjoy free breakfast tacos (while supplies last) and meet your Student Government Association officers.
Come grab a bite and learn how SGA represents you on campus.
Student Night at Top Golf
Date: Friday, Aug. 29
Time: 7 - 9 p.m.
Location: Top Golf (5539 N. Loop 1604 W.)
The Office of Student Life will host an off-campus summer event at Topgolf, a sports entertainment venue that combines a high-tech golf game with music, food and fun in all-weather hitting bays.
Whether you're a beginner or a pro, all students are invited to enjoy a night of games and good vibes.

OSL Open House
Date: Tuesday, Sept. 2
Time: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Location: Loftin Student Center, Room 151
The Office of Student Life will host an open house to introduce students to its programs, services and opportunities for campus involvement.
Students are invited to stop by Room 151 in the Loftin Student Center from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to meet the staff, enjoy food and learn how to get involved in Student Life.
Student Club Showcase
Date: Wednesday, Sept. 3
Time: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Location: SAC Mall
Students are invited to explore campus involvement at the Student Club Showcase, where members of the Student Government Association and registered student organizations will host tables to share information and recruit new members.

Pizza and Boardgames
Date: Thursday, Sept. 4
Time: 12:30 - 2:30 p.m.
Location: Loftin Fiesta Room
Students are invited to enjoy an afternoon of free pizza and board games in the Loftin Fiesta Room from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
Participants must stay a minimum of 45 minutes to eat and play; no walk-ins or early departures will be allowed.
