Iris Photo Booth Opens at SAC for Free Professional Headshots

San Antonio College has unveiled a new resource to help students, alumni, and employees put their best face forward in the professional world: the Iris Photo Booth, a self-service headshot station that provides high-quality, career-ready photos at no cost.
Whether updating a resume, enhancing a LinkedIn profile, or building a professional portfolio, the Iris Photo Booth makes it quick and easy to capture a polished image. Each session takes about five minutes, giving users the chance to pose, review, and edit their own professional photos.
The booth officially opened on Sept. 29, and is now available on a first-come, first-served basis. Users must check in with their Banner number, and the booth is limited to one person per session. Photos are designated for professional use only and may be reviewed by staff.
Hours of Operation
- Monday: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Tuesday: 1 – 4 p.m.
- Wednesday: 1 – 4 p.m.
- Thursday: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Friday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Department or group reservations are also available by submitting a request form. Individual wait times may vary when group sessions are scheduled.
The new booth was made possible thanks to Project BUILD and SAC’s Career Readiness and Experiential Learning Opportunities (CREO) Office, both committed to preparing students for academic and professional success.
With the addition of the Iris Photo Booth, SAC continues to empower its community to make strong first impressions and take the next step in their careers with confidence.
