100% drop-in Advising and Registration for all students.

  • Mondays: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
  • Tuesdays: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
  • Wednesdays: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
  • Thursdays: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
  • Fridays: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 9:00 AM-1:00 PM (*Will open at 11:00 AM on 8/17 only)

Online Certified Advisors are available. Visit https://www.alamo.edu/spc/academic-advising for their hours and how to access via Zoom.

Drop-in Services (15-20 minute visits and applies to Current students or new FTIC students) include:

  • Assistance with general questions
  • Assistance with identifying resources to support your success
  • Assistance in completing Change of Primary Institution or Change or Program/Field of Study requests
  • Assistance with ACES navigation
  • Does not include Appeals, Dismissal advising, or Degree Planning

To provide you with the best service, we recommend arriving at our front counter no later than 30 minutes before closing (see Summer Hours of Operation)

For example:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM (Last student check-in is 6:30 PM)
  • Fridays: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Last student check-in is 4:30 PM)
  • Saturdays: 9:00 AM-1:00 PM (Last student check-in is 12:30 PM)
