Facility Rentals
Nestled among 257 acres of natural beauty between FM 1604 and Kitty Hawk Road, Northeast Lakeview College is more than a campus. It's a destination. Host your corporate meeting, community event, reception, or banquet in a setting that's as functional as it is beautiful. Our spaces cover everything from banquet style event spaces to conference rooms, outdoor patios and computer labs.
Support Services Available
Event furniture and AV equipment are available for rental in all spaces and are not included in your base room rental fee. AV equipment is billed at a flat rate per item, per day. Specialty services like webcasting and streaming may also be available, depending on your event space location.
Depending on the size, attendance, and/or alcohol service at your event, you may be required to secure Housekeeping, IT Specialists, Alamo District Colleges Public Safety Officers, and/or Event Staff. Your Event Coordinator can walk you through these requirements and all other event needs during your consultation.

Our flexible spaces are available in multiple seating configurations and are ideal for breakout sessions, workshops, committee meetings, and other gatherings. We also offer a tiered lecture hall, computer labs, and specialty labs for more specialized needs.

The Bluebonnet Room
The Paluxy Building houses one of our premiere event spaces at Northeast Lakeview College the Bluebonnet Room. The venue comfortably seats up to 300 guests and features dual projectors, state-of-the-art sound, and majestic views of the campus, Live Oak and Universal City. The Bluebonnet Room patio area is also available for rental at an hourly rate.
