NLC Receives the 2026 Gold Veterans Education Excellence Recognition Award (VEERA)

The Texas Veterans Commission awards Northeast Lakeview College (NLC) with the Gold Veterans Education Excellence Recognition Award (VEERA). The Texas State Legislature established the VEERA program to recognize public colleges and universities for their excellence in providing education and related services to veterans and the military-connected community. NLC demonstrated continued commitment to ensuring academic success of these students.

NLC has received recognition from the Texas Veterans Commission for six consecutive years, receiving five GOLD VEERA Awards.
