Designated Bulletin Board Locations

To maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all students, employees, and visitors, we kindly remind you that all marketing and advertising materials must be posted on designated bulletin boards located throughout campus.

These boards are intended for flyers, posters, and announcements. Any materials placed in non-designated areas—including walls, windows, doors, or other surfaces—are subject to removal without notice.

This policy helps:

  • Ensure consistent visibility for all approved materials
  • Prevent damage to campus facilities
  • Support ADA accessibility and emergency signage visibility
  • Uphold campus aesthetics and professionalism
