Operating Hours
Monday - Thursday:
- 7 a.m. - 8 a.m. — Welcome Center (Fletcher Administration Building)
- 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. — Moody Learning Center, 1st Floor
- 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. — Welcome Center
Friday:
- 7 a.m. - 8 a.m. — Welcome Center
- 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. — Moody Learning Center, 1st Floor
Saturday:
- First Saturday of the month, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. — Moody Learning Center, 1st Floor, otherwise
- 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. — Welcome Center
Note:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m., by appointment only.
- Tuesday and Friday, no appointment required.
- Last check-in is 30 minutes before closing.

Virtual Drop-ins

Drop-in Services
- Receive brief (≤ 15 mins) advising guidance.
- Get assistance with general questions.
- Review Registration PIN tasks.
- Identify resources to support your success in school.
- Complete Change of Major and Change of Primary Institution requests.
Appointments are available for students who have an assigned advisor. New SAC students are assigned an advisor by census day of their first semester on campus and can begin scheduling appointments after attending a general advising session. Visit "My Page" on ACES to view "My Advisor".
Note:
- Spring 2026 appointments will resume Feb. 2.
- Transient/visiting students are able to meet with advisors through in-person and virtual (Zoom) drop-ins only.
To schedule an appointment with your assigned Certified Advisor:
- Logon to ACES (aces.alamo.edu)
- Select Enrollment from the top navigation bar
- Select ‘Schedule an Advising Appointment’ from the Advising Services card.
- Click "Login"
- Select the "Appointments" tab
- Select "Schedule an Appointment"
- Select the Type & Reason for your appointment and hit Next
- Select the Day and Time that works for you and hit Next
- Review the selection and confirm your appointment by clicking Schedule
